Polish Pottery delivers to all 50 United States. UPS and FedEx Ground are our standard method of shipment to the 48 contiguous States. USPS is used to deliver to Alaska and Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses to save on shipping costs.
Returns may be made within 7 days of purchase/receipt of items for store credit or exchange. All packages must be insured for full value and the purchaser/sender bears the cost of shipping.
In case of damage during shipment, the receiver must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods by calling at 570-823-6767 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order number, date of order and contact info in all correspondence. No claims will be accepted after 3 days from date of receipt of goods.
